If you are unable to locate the product you are after, please visit the ‘Special Order’ page, fill out the details and submit it to us. We will review your enquiry and get in touch with you within 1-3 business days.

Signing up for a Madola Plus account also entitles you to our loyalty program. Your account is your special page which consists of all the information you have provided including your past orders. You will also be able to view and track your current orders along with the transit location of your shipped orders.

 

Madola Plus ships both domestically (Sri Lanka) and internationally using regular shipping and other freight carriers. Domestic retail orders and International retail orders will be charged a Reasonable shipping fee.  You will see the relevant charge before your payment is required at checkout. Shipping is calculated on cost after any discounts or coupons are applied.

For international orders, shipping is automatically calculated using the weight of your order and the country of destination. You will see the relevant shipping charge before your payment is required at checkout. Madola Plus complies with Sri Lankan regulations; however, the country of destination may have different requirements for importing our products. As such we cannot be liable for any additional duties, taxes or surcharges that you (or the recipient) may have to pay on delivery to the country of destination. If you are unsure or require further information, please check with local authorities and local customs before placing your order.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of your order being placed online. All the deliveries within Sri Lanka take between 2-4 working days after the order has been dispatched, depending on your location. Note these times are indicative only. International deliver varies depending on the country of destination. It will take 35+ working days to deliver via sea shipping, 5-10 days via FedEx Express 

Please be aware that longer delivery times are to be expected in peak periods and pandemic situation.

The prices offered are for individual consumers and if you require larger quantities, please submit a special order  for a custom quote. 

Your order confirmation contains all the necessary information for an invoice. However if you require a special invoice for reimbursement or documentation purposes you can download it from your my account page.

You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been placed

Your Visa, Master and American Express payments are going through secure payment gateways operated by the respective banks. Your card details will be securely transmitted to the Bank for transaction authorization using SSL 128bit encryption.
